Department of Science Service welcome the repesentatives from Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF)

BLA-DSS arranged the seminar “Harmonization of Assessor, TSC, LAC for Testing laboratory, PTP, RMP" on 7-8 August 2025.

During 25-28 June 2025, Dr. Pochaman Tagheen – Deputy Director – General and Acting General Director of Department of Science Service (DSS), Mrs. Chantarat Vorasapavit - Director of Bureau of Laboratory Accreditation, Department of Science Service (BLA-DSS), and other Senior Professional Level officers - Miss Pornpan Pantipamporn and Mrs. Suwannee Thaenthanee jointed “APAC Annual Meetings 2025” on behalf of a signatory to APAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (APAC MRA).

With an extensive collaboration of Department of Science Service (DSS) and National Institute of Metrology (NIM), the training course called “Risk Management for Proficiency Testing Providers (PTP)” was virtually hold on 18 June 2025.

With a collective engagement made four Thailand accreditation bodies, “World Accreditation Day 2025” seminar, themed “Accreditation: Empowering Small and Medium Enterprises 

(SMEs)” was made possible on 9 June 2025. In addition to being simultaneously carried on through the Zoom Application, the seminar was held at Grand Richmond Convention Hotel, Nonthaburi, Thailand.
