General Administration has responsible for
1) Documentations, submitting-sending of official documents, drafting of official documents, storage and searching of document, regularity, official order,
regulation and manipulation of documents.
2) Finance and budget. Preparing plan/budget information such as withdrawal-expenditures and purchasing of domestic and foreign materials in office.
3) Human resource, coordination and accumulation of personal statistics in office.
4) Gathering and preparing data, statistics and monthly/annual performance reports.
5) Performing other related duties
Laboratory Accreditation Section 1 has responsible for
1) Providing an accreditation service for environmental testing laboratory.
2) Collaborating with other governments and international organizations.
3) Performing other duties as assigned.
Laboratory Accreditation Section 2 has responsible for
1) Providing an accreditation service for biological testing laboratory. The scope of accreditation is in the fields of foods, food packaging, animal feeds, sugar
and related products.
2) Collaborating with other governments and international organizations.
3) Performing other duties as assigned.
Laboratory Accreditation Section 3 has responsible for
1) Providing an accreditation service for proficiency testing providers and reference material producers. The scope of accreditation is in the fields of testing,
medical testing and calibration.
2) Providing and accreditation service for biological testing laboratory. The scope of accreditation is in the fields of nature rubber, plastic, paper, glass,
ceramic and chemical (non-pharmaceutical products).
3) Collaborating with other governments and international organization.
4) Performing other duties as assigned.
Laboratory Promotion Section has responsible for
1) Promoting and supporting the testing laboratories, proficiency testing providers and reference material producers by providing information relating to the
quality laboratory system and information on training course.
2) Establishing and updating the laboratory database and assessor database.
3) Producing information leaflets and publications.
4) Promoting the potential development of assessors, technical subcommittees, committees and officers for laboratory accreditation.
5) Collaborating with other governments and international organization.
6) Performing other duties as assigned.
